Haris Roditakis – President of “Educational-Developmental PLOIGOS” company
He was born in Heraklion, Crete in 1955. He is married to Konstantina Karvounakis, with whom they have had three children.
From 2016 to the present: President of “Educational-Developmental PLOIGOS” company

Education – Studies
School of Philosophy, University of Nancy, France: one year study in French language.
University of Bologna, Italy: Degree in Economics – Business Studies.
Law School, University of Parma, Italy: Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Economics of International Organizations (EEC-UN-International Monetary Fund, etc.).
Angers University of Tourism, France: postgraduate course on “Local Development and Agro Tourism”.
University of Rome – Tor Vergata, Italy: Master in Social Agriculture (Agricoltura Sociale).

Professional experience
Executive of Heraklion Industrial Area Development Company to support businesses in relation to European programs.
Officer of the Region of Crete in support of the Mediterranean Integrated Crete Program.
Executive at Region of Crete, with a special relation from 1989 to 2001 and then permanent employee until 2013. Participation in the drafting – training and implementation teams of the regional operational programs of Crete.
Head of Tourism Office at the Region of Crete (1993-1998).
Mayor of Episkopi, Heraklion (1999 -2002, 2002 – 2006 and 2006-2010).

Educational Experience
Assistant Professor at  Technonoligal Educational Institute of Heraklion (from 1990 to 2004)
teaching courses: International Economic Organizations, European Regional Policy, European Social Policy, Tourism and Ecology etc.
Participation as a trainer in many public and private seminars.

Other activities
Member of the European Commission’s Network of Special Teams Speakers, from 1990 to 2007.
Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Crete Olive Municipalities Network.

Nikos Skoutèlis  professor – School of Architectural Engineering / Technical University of Crete

Born in Heraklion – Crete (1962).

Graduated from I.U.A.V. – Venice (1987). Phd N.T.U.A. (2006)

He has worked, in collaboration with Flavio Zanon, in Venice from July 1987 and in Heraklion since 1993 on public and private projects, at the same time participating in architectural competitions.

From 2006 he has been elected as professor in the School of Architectire TUC in the field «Architectural design: Site, Landscape and Enbvironment», where he is  teaching Architectural design, Historic buildings’ restoration and related materials in the post graduate program.

His theoretical works concern: historical documentation on architecture and the city, the theory of restoration and the contribution of history as a tool in architectural composition.
