Haris Roditakis – President of “Educational-Developmental PLOIGOS” company
He was born in Heraklion, Crete in 1955. He is married to Konstantina Karvounakis, with whom they have had three children.

University of Bologna, Italy: Degree in Economics – Business Studies.
Law School, University of Parma, Italy: Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Economics of International Organizations (EEC-UN-International Monetary Fund, etc.).
Angers University of Tourism, France: postgraduate course on “Local Development and Agro Tourism”.
University of Rome – Tor Vergata, Italy: Master in Social Agriculture (Agricoltura Sociale).
Executive of Heraklion Industrial Area Development Company to support businesses in relation to European programs.
Officer of the Region of Crete in support of the Mediterranean Integrated Crete Program.
Executive at Region of Crete, with a special relation from 1989 to 2001 and then permanent employee until 2013. Participation in the drafting – training and implementation teams of the regional operational programs of Crete.

Nikos Skoutèlis professor – School of Architectural Engineering / Technical University of Crete
Born in Heraklion – Crete (1962).
Graduated from I.U.A.V. – Venice (1987). Phd N.T.U.A. (2006)
He has worked, in collaboration with Flavio Zanon, in Venice from July 1987 and in Heraklion since 1993 on public and private projects, at the same time participating in architectural competitions.
From 2006 he has been elected as professor in the School of Architectire TUC in the field «Architectural design: Site, Landscape and Enbvironment», where he is teaching Architectural design, Historic buildings’ restoration and related materials in the post graduate program.
His theoretical works concern: historical documentation on architecture and the city, the theory of restoration and the contribution of history as a tool in architectural composition.

PhD Chryssa Pagalou – Environmentalist
Graduate in Environmental Sciences (University of Ioannina, 2008), Postgraduate Diploma in Humanities (University of the Aegean, 2012) and PhD in the field of Cultural Landscape (The view of the landscape through the relationship between nature and culture in Crete, from the restoration of Democracy to the present. Defnitions – Ιnterpretations – Misinterpretations – Orientations, supervisor prof. Nikos Skoutelis, School of Architectural Engineering – Technical University of Crete, 2018).
The years 2008 – 2009 she was an external collaborator of the Natural History Museum of Crete, the years 2010-2015 she was the Communications Officer for the cultural events Yakinthia, while she has worked for one year in the media and for 5 years (2013-2018) –occasionally- in the field of private education as a course instructor for the environment and sustainability. She is the author of the Oneirou Odysseia children’s fairy tale, while she has illustrated and co-edited the book entitled The Rouvas Forest … in a book.
She was a regular member of the School Committee for Primary Education of the Municipality of Heraklion, and also a member of the Municipal Benefit Enterprise of Culture, Environment and Social Welfare of the Municipality of Heraklion. She has given lectures and she has taken an organizational role in conferences and in various social and scientific activities.
She is an external collaborator of the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens and also external collaborator of the Laboratory of Research on Practical Philosophy – University of the Aegean.
She works at PLOIGOS Educational-Developmental non profit company, as the coordinator of the Rural Crete Observatory project.
